I used to be a god on EU Sha'tar. The server died when I left. I don't play anymore, too much pressure

I downloaded the demo'.

My first impression: Wow, these loading times are INSANE!

My second impression: Wow, this game has crappy cartoon graphics. It feels like the Nikelodeon channel.

My third impression: Woohoo, I have five classes to choose from......

My fourth impression: Let's see what my first quest is.....okay, kill X amount of zombies and bring back their stuff. Lame.

My fith impression: Okay, next quest: uh, kill X amount of bats and wolves and bring back their stuff?

My sixth impression: It's daytime! Why are the bats even here?

My seventh impression: This town is boring, I'm leaving. Oh, hey another quest-giver! What's this guy's quest....."Deliver this letter to this inn."

I have a 70 gnome warlock, a lvl 12 dwarf warrior that I ignore, and a lvl 17 nigh elf hunter. Frankly, the warlock class is so crazy useless in PvP (my favorite part of the game) that I don't play nearly as much anymore.

I'll probably play more after the expansion, IF they do somethign to fix AV (like make it the way it used to be a long time ago or at least make a second version like the old version), regardless of how bad a warlock is. I'll level my hunter like crazy to get high enough to play it if I must.

Pre-nerf AV = the best feature in the game

Alrighty... I had the game for a bit, got really addicted to it... And I still am, just don't have a card to play on anymore >_<

My favorite part of the game, would be the RP servers. When I actually want to go out and play the game, I do. But after the endless hours of grinding, and collecting, and questing, and all this other booshwah... I can just chillax in the city, meet new people, create a storyline and run with it. So there's a little something for everyone. And I wouild have liked to get into the PvP a little more. Despite what they say bout ret pallies, mine owned ^_^

Beat down a level 60 human warrior in AV while I was still 59. Currently, got my Blood Elf Blood Knight (Paladin) at 60... Lariot's looooonely.

Hmm, I gave up a while ago. No money, real-life friends were pricks in-game, etc.

In the end, I had to weigh up whether I really could be bothered sitting in my chair for four hours doing dailies waiting for that one and a half hours in a heroic. In the end, reality won that battle.

Came out smelling like I hadn't showered in days: Level 70 Restoration/Balance Hybrid Tauren Druid and a Level 52 Shadow Blood Elf Priest.

Horde FTW!!

I've got a lv 47 undead Wiz and a lv23 Blood elf hunter. My guild is the 'Gods of the Horde'. Any fellow guild members here?

Hi everyone, my name is frantix and I'm addicted to WoW.

For real though, I think it's a great game if your into the genre of grinding. Yes it takes a while, yes its tedious sometimes, but you reap the rewards and benefits for your time. The graphics are a bit tooney compared to GW (which I play too :) ) but you get used to it after a while. My favorite part is the PvP. I've been in Ashenvale lately and the alliance are there in plenty...............*devious laugh*

Perhaps it's personal? I'm sure she would've explained had she intended to.

No need to make assumptions.
The only reason stated why she isn't telling us is because "it's a long story" not "a personal story".
If its personal, she can still tell us and the convo is over.

If it's not, I'd like to know it.

It's a free world, I have the right to ask why somebody doesn't like one of my favorite games.

Most long stories are personal. But if she intended to tell, she would of, right? I know the story and I can see why she doesn't want to talk about it. So, just move on back to the conversation. This isn't the place to talk about that.

I myself.. I like it. I'm not overly addicted or anything though. I play it occasionally, but not hardcore. Its a good relaxation after a long day of work to get on and chat with friends.

Raptorg, It wasn't an assumption it was knowledge bro, now who's assuming? Also you're right you have the right...bet then doesn't she have a right not to tell you? Don't take the fact she doesn't like a game you do, personally, it's just a game. I Myself have mixed feelings on the game....mainly because it was a contributing factor to the failing of my first relationship.

More reading.

I was curious, and still am.

I had the right to ask, she has the right to refuse to tell. No need to -censored- towards me for that.
I never assumed anything, I just asked. That's it.
And you started -censored- over nothing, if you wanna care about emotions, go somewhere else. This is the internet, and a forum at that. Questions will be asked, and some questions will not be answered.. wether this is one of those specific situations, remains to be seen.

Besides, if she didn't want anyone to ask about it, she could have just -not- mentioned it in the first place.
Duh.

WoW is a disease that eats people alive, causing:
1.Break up's
2.Kids getting neglected
And even more things just over a very lame game, but this is only My opinon,
But to be completely honest...WoW is a kids game, and only immature adults play it.
